At our periodontal practice, we recognize that each patient is unique, and deserves to receive periodontal care that reflects their individual needs. Our team is committed to working with you and your family to create a positive, comfortable, and customized periodontal experience every time you visit our practice. We are proud to be working with a team of individuals who are committed to providing you with the best customer service and quality treatment possible.

Han Duong, RDH is our office registered dental hygienist. Han has graduated from Chabot College Dental Hygiene Program. She has a license from the State of California to practice as a hygienist, which allows her to anesthetize patients, perform cleaning, and deep cleaning, and apply chemicals to reduce inflammation and sensitivity of the teeth. She is CPR-trained and adheres to HIPPA regulations. She is an excellent hygienist with a great skill. She loves her job and her patients. She is detail-oriented and delivers quality treatment for each patient. She educates our patients and helps them maintain their oral health through professional cleaning and our care program. We are thrilled to have her as a great team member to deliver professional care to our patients.

Vida Jabbari, RDA is our financial coordinator. She has obtained a certificate in Dental Assisting Program from San Jose City College and is a registered dental assistant. She has an x-ray and coronal polishing license and a certificate in radiology stately and infection control. She is CPR-trained and adheres to HIPPA regulations.

Vida is always ready to answer your financial questions. She provides you with different financial options to help you receive the dental care you need. She helps you maximize your dental benefits through your insurance company for the prescribed treatment. She submits your insurance claims with the necessary documentation to ensure a timely and thorough reimbursement. We are proud to have her on our team and happy that she is there to help you with your financial needs and questions.

Fariba Yousefi, DA is a dedicated and caring dental assistant. She coordinates continuing education programs for the referring dentist offices and develops our marketing and educational plans. She has a certificate in dental assisting and an x-ray license from San Jose City College in 2004. She has an AA degree. She is CPR-trained and adheres to HIPAA regulations. She speaks English and Farsi. She has been working with our office since 2004. She knows most of our referring doctors and their staff very well and has been the face of our practice during all these years. Fariba has worked with our practice for years in different capacities and has been a dedicated employee and we are happy to have her on our team.

Merry Oun, DA is a dental assistant with an x-ray and polishing license. She has a certificate in Radiology safety; and a Certificate in infection control. She is CPR-trained and adheres to HIPPA regulations. She graduated from Yerba Buena High School in San Jose and is currently attending San Jose City College. She speaks English and Cambodian. She assists the doctor during different periodontal surgical and non-surgical procedures and makes sure the patients are comfortable and well taken care of during procedures. She sterilizes the instruments with the best possible equipment and makes sure that the rooms get completely cleaned between each patient. Your safety is her number one priority. She checks the efficiency of each one of our sterilizing equipment, through a regular weekly spore testing check by an outside company. She multi-tasks and has a caring personality and we are proud of her in our group.

Lara Alcantara, DA is a dental assistant with an x-ray and polishing license. She graduated from the San Jose City College Dental Assisting Program.
